When we think of self-care, we might imagine bubble baths and chocolate cake. This sure sounds ideal, but is it something you can do daily? In addition to learning ways to take better care of yourself, you’ll get a chance to practice too. This hands-on workshop will include mindfulness, movement, and art.Eloiza Jorge, MA, CPC, LSW is a counselor, coach, and facilitator. She specializes in guiding women through life transitions. Our group focuses on assisting victims and survivors of domestic violence in the emotional healing process through creative activities. Our workshops include fellowship, discussions and therapeutic arts such as creative writing, yoga and meditation, aroma therapy, painting, etc.
